- 16 oz Medium Pasta Shells
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 2 lbs Italian Sausage
- 2 cans Rotel
- 1/2 t Rosemary
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/4 t Pepper
- 1/4 t Crushed Red Pepper
- 3/4 c Whipping Cream
Crumble and cook sausage in skillet with olive oil. When no longer pink start your pot of water to boil for the pasta.
Add pasta once boiling, cook 10 minutes then drain.
Meanwhile back at the sausage (hehe) empty both cans of Rotel and all seasonings/herbs into sausage mixture. Stir and cook uncovered for 6 minutes. Add whipping cream and cook for 3 minutes, stirring often.
Mix sausage mixture into shells and top with parmesan cheese if you'd like.
Enjoy!

Notes:
Although we enjoyed the Saucy Sausage and Shells (try to say that 3 times fast!), it may be a tad bit too spicy for some. If you don't like a whole lot of spice in your life I wouldn't add the crushed red pepper and make sure to buy the mild Rotel.
