Chicken Divan



  • 28 oz Frozen Broccoli
  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast, Cooked and Shredded
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1 t Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 t Curry Powder
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Layer at bottom of 9x13. Layer cooked and shredded chicken over that. Mix soup, milk, mayo, lemon juice, and curry powder. Pour over chicken, then top with cheese. Top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Time: 15 minutes Prep, 30 minutes baking time

Notes: Having zero experience with curry I was nervous to try but I LOVED this dish. It will delicious and filling and it "felt" healthy. What I mean by that is I ate quite a bit yet didn't feel gross after. I honestly can't wait to make it again.
