- 28 oz Frozen Broccoli
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast, Cooked and Shredded
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 1 t Lemon Juice
- 1.5 t Curry Powder
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Time: 15 minutes Prep, 30 minutes baking time

Notes: Having zero experience with curry I was nervous to try but I LOVED this dish. It will delicious and filling and it "felt" healthy. What I mean by that is I ate quite a bit yet didn't feel gross after. I honestly can't wait to make it again.
