Baked Italian Chicken


  • 4-6 Chicken Breast, pounded thin
  • 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (the grated kind you use on spaghetti)
  • 1 stick of butter, melted
Pound thawed chicken breast thin as possible. Melt butter into bowl. Mix cheese and bread crumbs into another bowl. Dip each piece of chicken into the butter then coat with the cheese mixture. Place on ungreased baking sheet and pour remaining butter over each piece.

Bake for an hour at 350.


Time: 5 Minutes Prep, 1 Hour Baking
Serves: 3-4

Side Suggestions: Roasted Red Potatoes, Steamed Green Beans
